VPG seeks a resultsdriven Senior Managing Director < / strong>to lead our global ThermoMechanical Simulator business unit.< / p>

This is an onsite position< / u> < / strong>is seated at DSI in Poestenkill NY.< / p>

As the Senior Managing Director< / em> this position will : < / p>

• Lead global P&L business unit focused on ThermoMechanical simulators for steel mills and materials labs overseeing sales marketing operations and engineering while developing strategic initiatives to optimize market potential and profitability within budget.< / li>
• Oversee all DSI functions : sales business development marketing engineering and operations.< / li>
• Manage worldwide sales teams field service and technical support while collaborating with engineering and quality teams to improve processes and control costs.< / li>
• Drive operational excellence through production efficiency and inventory control while working crossfunctionally with global teams including Finance HR IT and Logistics.< / li>
• Develop and execute annual business plans.< / li>
• Implement VPG corporate policies within the DSI site.< / li>
• Drive longterm growth strategies.< / li>< / ul>

      Requirements : < / b> < / p>

      • Engineering degree (Mechanical Materials or Physics preferred) MBA.< / li>
      • 3 years of P&L management preferably as a General Manager.< / li>
      • Strong industry knowledge aligned with educational background.< / li>
