Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech.? Vishay Thin Film is currently seeking applicants for a 2nd Shift Demount Assembler responsible for inspecting, soldering, mounting and de-mounting of products according to the required specifications.

Job Location:

Vishay Thin Film is located in Niagara Falls, NY. The site has a lot of natural beauty to offer including the world-famous Niagara Falls which are just a short drive away!

What You Will Be Doing

• Using a microscope to inspect parts for defects.
• Coating parts with solder using solder pots.
• Mounting parts to carrier plates using a temporary adhesive.
• De-mounting and cleaning parts.
• Recording necessary information in logbooks and Dynamics E-logs.
• Perform final assembly including stamping value onto parts.
  
  

What You Will Bring Along

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, and interpret production documents.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Ability to sit for an extended period.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to do light lifting.
  
  

Pay Range

• $16 - $18 per hour
