What You Will Be Doing
- Identifies, develops, and implements improvements to processes
- Reports to management on project progress
- Conducts experimental tests and evaluates results
- Attends meetings and works effectively with other staff members to resolve problems
- Researches, analyzes and compiles data for reports and creates presentations
- Student working towards a 4 year degree in STEM or Business Operations related fields
- Emphasis on Industrial and/or Mechanical Engineering highly preferred
- Ability to work independently and effectively with production
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Knowledge of Lean, Health & Safety, and Quality preferred
- Strong computer skills in MS Office
