As a Process Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes. Your responsibilities will include monitoring and controlling process parameters, troubleshooting equipment malfunctions, and implementing process improvements.
Job Location:
The ideal candidate will be working on-site in the state of Nevada, USA in Carson City. Carson City is the state capital and is just a quick 30 minutes from the beautiful Lake Tahoe and 30 minutes away from The Biggest Little City, Reno.

What You Will Be Doing
- Monitor key process parameters, such as temperature, pressure, flow rates, and quality metrics.
- Identify deviations from established standards and take corrective actions.
- Collect and analyze process data to identify trends and potential issues.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on production equipment, including cleaning, lubrication, and calibration.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime.
- Identify and implement preventive maintenance procedures to improve equipment reliability.
- Collaborate with engineers and other technicians to identify opportunities for process optimization.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety.
- Participate in root cause analysis to resolve recurring issues.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.
- Conduct quality inspections and tests to verify product conformance.
- Document and report quality issues and corrective actions.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures.
- Identify and report safety hazards.
- Participate in safety training and drills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Technical certification or Associate's degree in a relevant field (e.g., mechanical, electrical, or process engineering) preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Proficiency in using measurement instruments and diagnostic tools.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
