Vishay Electro Films is located in the beautiful ocean state of Rhode Island in the city of Warwick. There are 92 employees across three shifts working at our 57,000 sq. ft. facility of manufacturing space. This role is an on-site position.

What You Will Be Doing
- Processes RFQ’s from initial customer contact, engineering review, product pricing and quotation. Initiates costing activities as required. Makes recommendations on pricing strategies.
- Maintains Quote Log and Reports Win %.
- Provides support of technical issues and customer inquiries.
- Creates technical presentations for internal and external audiences.
- One-on-one customer interactions.
- Organizing, tracking and fulfilling marketing material requests.
- Responsible for monthly sales numbers.
- Reporting on RFQ process activity and KPI’s, new part order process activity and KPI’s.
- Reporting on sales activity by customer and impact on overall business performance.
- Price book updates and price reference updates.
- Maintaining Datasheets and EFI web content.
- Create and update marketing literature for technical and non-technical content.
- Competitor research and report from Online, Trade Shows, Sales Feedback and Distribution relationships.
- Reactive problem solving to provide quick response on a customer issue.
- Proposing ideas and methods for reducing lead times in estimating and/or quoting cycle times.
- Suggest process improvements, technical solutions to produce competitive advantage, and new product ideas.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required.
- 3 – 5 years of related experience in manufacturing, industrial, construction, or supply chain is a plus.
- Technical knowledge required.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Seeking moderate to advanced skill in Excel.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Works with Military specifications and related ITAR protected information.
