Director of Operations

Position Overview: The Director of Operations will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our franchise restaurants and retail stores. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the franchise model, and a commitment to achieving operational excellence. The ideal candidate will drive operational efficiency, enhance the customer experience, and ensure compliance with company policies and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management:

• Oversee the daily operations of all franchise restaurants and retail stores.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and standards.
• Implement and monitor operational strategies to achieve business goals.

Staff Leadership:

• Recruit, train, and develop management teams and staff members.
• Provide leadership and support to store managers and staff.
• Foster a positive work environment and encourage professional growth.

Financial Performance:

• Monitor and analyze financial performance, including sales, expenses, and profitability.
• Develop and manage budgets, and ensure financial targets are met.
• Implement cost-control measures to maximize profitability.

Customer Experience:

• Enhance the customer experience by maintaining high standards of service and product quality.
• Address customer feedback and resolve issues promptly.
• Implement initiatives to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Compliance and Standards:

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain operational standards.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Franchise Support:

• Collaborate with franchisees to provide operational support and guidance.
• Assist with franchisee training and development.
• Monitor franchisee performance and provide feedback and recommendations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the franchise restaurant and retail industry.
• Proven track record of managing multiple locations and achieving operational goals.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in financial management and budget development.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
