Visio Hype is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Client Service Associate to join our Atlanta team. The Client Service Associate will serve as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met throughout the production process.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide clients with detailed information about services, pricing, and project timelines.
- Assist clients with scheduling consultations, production meetings, and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, preferences, and project details in the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure client expectations are met or exceeded.
- Address and resolve client concerns or issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM tools.
