Position Overview: We are seeking a meticulous and customer-oriented Data Entry/Customer Service Rep to join our Charlotte team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions and ensuring accurate data entry into our systems.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate information about Visio Hype's services.
- Assist customers with scheduling appointments, placing orders, and resolving any issues or concerns.
- Perform data entry tasks to input, update, and maintain customer information and records in our database.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of data entries, regularly reviewing and verifying information.
- Manage and organize digital files and documents, ensuring they are easily accessible and up-to-date.
- Generate reports and compile data as needed to support various departments and initiatives.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other basic office software applications.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and data entry software is a plus.
