Visio Hype is seeking an organized and friendly Front Desk Receptionist/Office Assistant to be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and vendors. This role is essential for maintaining a welcoming environment and ensuring efficient day-to-day office operations.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries to the appropriate staff members.
- Manage the front desk area to ensure a neat and organized appearance.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and client visits.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Support the office with general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document organization.
- Assist in handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
