Visio Hype is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Inbound Call Center Agent to join our Atlanta team. This role is essential in handling incoming inquiries, providing information about our services, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Answer and manage incoming calls from clients, potential customers, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner.
• Provide detailed information about Visio Hype’s services, pricing, and availability.
• Respond to inquiries, resolve concerns, and address client needs effectively.
• Schedule consultations and appointments for prospective clients.
• Accurately document client interactions, requests, and feedback in the company database.
• Collaborate with the sales and production teams to ensure seamless client experiences.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and call center software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
