Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Assistant to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the production process, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. This position requires a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Duties
- Assist with setting up and breaking down equipment on set
- Help organize props, gear, and production materials
- Run errands and support crew needs during shoots
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of production spaces
- Support pre-production logistics such as scheduling, printing call sheets, and coordinating crew
- Assist with inventory checks and equipment prep
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; film/media coursework is a plus
- Prior experience on set or in a production environment preferred but not required
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to take direction and work well under pressure
- Must be dependable, punctual, and professional
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
