Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Teacher's Aide to join our educational team. As a Teacher's Aide, you will play a crucial role in supporting the lead teacher in creating a positive and enriching learning environment for students.
Responsibilities
- Assist the lead teacher in implementing educational and behavioral strategies
- Support students in their learning activities and provide individualized attention as needed
- Help maintain a safe and clean classroom environment
- Assist with the preparation of educational materials and resources
- Supervise students during various activities to ensure their safety and engagement
- Collaborate with the lead teacher to develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff members
Qualifications
- Previous experience in childcare, daycare, or preschool settings is preferred
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques and literacy education
- Ability to work effectively with toddlers and young children
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
- Familiarity with classroom dynamics and curriculum development is a plus
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 37 per week
