Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional experiences to build, expand, and retain long-term customer relationships.
- Meet customers' needs by offering the best products and services to reach their financial goals.
- Collaborate with multiple lines of business to meet customers' needs.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of all banking products and services, as well as company systems.
- Adhere to bank policies, compliance, and regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience in customer service and/or handling cash preferred.
