Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of vehicles, both interior and exterior, including vacuuming, washing, waxing, and buffing.
- Ensure all surfaces are cleaned meticulously, including windows, dashboards, and upholstery.
- Drive vehicles safely within the premises for cleaning and detailing purposes.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and ensuring their satisfaction with the detailing services provided.
- Maintain cleanliness of the detailing area and equipment used in the process.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality results.
Experience
- Previous experience in automotive detailing or custodial work is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with car wash techniques and products is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with a passion for maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Excellent customer service skills to effectively communicate with clients and understand their needs.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
