Responsibilities
- Perform thorough exterior and interior cleaning of vehicles, including washing, waxing, and buffing surfaces.
- Ensure all windows are cleaned and free of streaks or smudges.
- Maintain cleanliness in the car wash area, including custodial duties to keep the workspace organized and tidy.
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide information about services offered.
- Drive vehicles safely within the car wash facility as needed.
- Identify any additional services that may benefit the customer, such as window chips or detailing options.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your teammates.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Previous experience in a car wash or custodial role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to drive various types of vehicles safely and responsibly.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
