Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a team of workers on-site, ensuring all washes are completed according to our services.
- Train crew members on equipment use, safety protocols, and chemical usage
Experience
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the car wash industry or related industry is preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems and customer relationship management
- Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively while fostering a positive work environment.
- Understanding of OSHA regulations and commitment to maintaining safety standards on-site.
