Responsibilities
- Managing employees as to what their specific job duty is, as well as assuring they have been trained correctly to do the job
- Speaking with customers and having a friendly attitude towards them, we want to make sure that each and every customer leaves our car wash with a great job and amazing customer service!
- Holding meetings where manager will go over safety procedures, motivate employees, and mention anything that could be done better/any changes to daily operations
Experience/Expectations
- Anyone who has experience managing a business for 2 years is an ideal candidate
- Someone with a great attitude/ability to speak with customers
- Knowledge of managing employees and ability to kick in when/where they are needed
