Grants Management:
Research and identify grant opportunities aligned with Vision Carthage’s mission.
Prepare, submit, and manage grant proposals and reports.
Ensure compliance with grant requirements and monitor progress toward funded project goals.
Financial Oversight:
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
Collaborate with the executive committee to develop financial strategies that support organizational goals.
Organization/Finance:
Develop and implement organizational policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency.
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
Sponsorship Development:
Identify and cultivate relationships with potential sponsors and partners.
Develop sponsorship proposals and packages that align with organizational goals.
Manage ongoing sponsor relations to ensure satisfaction and continued support.
Office Organization:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office environment, ensuring it is organized and efficient.

- Associate's degree in business or management or equivalent work experience required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite.
- Proven experience in operations management, financial oversight, and grant writing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
