What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk position at Vision Center Dr Prewett?
Being bilingual in Spanish and English is required. We are a busy optometry office looking to hire a front desk receptionist. The right candidate must know how to multitask and must have a greet-able approach. This person must know how to use a computer and have basic typing skills. Some of the everyday tasks include:
-Checking in/out patients
-Preparing the schedule for days ahead
-Verifying insurances
-Answering multiple phone lines
-Scheduling appointments
-Greeting Patients as they walk in
-Understanding patients needs
-Able to pay attention to detail
-Teamwork to create a smooth flow of patients
-Teamwork to keep our office clean and organized
