Highly reputable, team-orientated optometry practice has a full time opening for a customer service professional: will handle incoming & outgoing phone calls, schedule and confirm appointments, greet patients, as well as gather patient information and check insurance availability. Position will also require participation in office leadership and departmental meetings. Applicant must be pleasant, professional, dependable and able to multi-task. Bilingual in English and Spanish is desired. Computer and communication skills are required.
