Eyewear Specialist Primary duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times.
- Assist patients in the selection of eyewear frames according to style and color.
- Operate manual lensometer and auto-lensometer.
- Educate and recommend specific lenses, lens coatings, and frames to suit patient needs.
- Continue to stay educated on current brand knowledge.
- Accurately collect facial measurements.
- Dispense patient orders.
- Identify and resolve patient complaints through troubleshooting.
Eyewear Specialist Secondary Duties:
- General office duties.
- Maintain cleanliness as assigned by the supervisor.
- All other duties as assigned.
Eyewear Specialist Education and Experience:
- The ideal candidate should have a High school diploma/GED.
- 1 -2 years of retail sales experience preferred.
