Responsibilities
- Perform mowing, trimming, and edging of lawns to ensure a neat appearance.
- Assist with landscape maintenance tasks including planting, weeding, and mulching.
- Engage in hardscape projects such as installing patios or walkways.
- Conduct tree trimming and pruning to promote healthy growth.
- Operate various landscaping equipment safely and efficiently.
- Provide snow plowing services during winter months as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment after each job.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and to client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Mechanical knowledge is preferred for operating and maintaining landscaping equipment.
- Experience in landscape maintenance or groundskeeping is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with gardening techniques and plant care is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including digging and lifting heavy materials.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality work.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
- A valid driver’s license may be required for transportation to job sites.
