As a Roofing Salesperson, you will be the face of our company, responsible for driving new business and nurturing existing client relationships. Your role will involve identifying and engaging potential customers, understanding their roofing needs, and providing tailored solutions that exceed their expectations. WHAT YOU DO…
- Prospect and Generate Leads: Identify and target potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Consult with Clients: Conduct thorough assessments of roofing needs by visiting job sites, evaluating current conditions, and discussing project requirements with clients.
- Present Solutions: Develop and present customized roofing solutions, including detailed proposals and cost estimates, ensuring clarity and transparency.
- Build Relationships: Foster strong, long-term relationships with clients by providing exceptional service, addressing concerns promptly, and following up throughout the project lifecycle.
- Close Sales: Negotiate terms, finalize contracts, and achieve sales targets while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Team: Work closely with project managers, installers, and other team members to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
- Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitors to effectively address client needs and enhance sales strategies.
- Maintain Records: Accurately track sales activities, customer interactions, and project progress using CRM software and other tools.
WHO YOU ARE…
- Experience: Proven experience in sales.A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is highly desirable.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding, or an ability to learn roofing systems, materials, and installation processes.
- Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Motivation: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven by achieving results.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with CRM software and basic office applications.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
