Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and skilled Production Workers to join our team in a fast-paced door manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and ensuring the quality of products on the production line. This role requires the ability to operate various hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Fabricate and assemble components according to specifications and production schedules.
- Operate forklifts and other machinery as needed to transport materials within the warehouse or factory setting.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to perform assembly tasks, ensuring precision and adherence to safety standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and products to identify any defects or issues that may arise during the manufacturing process.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a manufacturing facility or warehouse environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with operating forklifts is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
- Ability to work effectively on an assembly line, demonstrating attention to detail and quality control.
- Proficient in using various hand tools and power tools safely.
- Excellent teamwork skills with a commitment to meeting production deadlines.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods during shifts.
