Specific Job Duties Include, But Are Not Limited To
- Monitoring account deposits and transfers
- Mapping trade recommendations
- Obtaining trade approval and ensuring trade completion
- Monitoring and managing advisory fees, account debit balances, cash balance thresholds
- Recommending and monitoring investment options for retirement plans
- Advisory fee resolution
- Contacting clients to obtain trade approval (with appropriate licensure)
- Completing fixed income research & trading
- Contributing to Investment Committee preparation, research, & follow-up
- Raising funds for distributions & contributions
- Maintaining and retrieving appropriate account performance information in the appropriate databases
- Generating proposals and hypotheticals
- Updating and reviewing asset allocation spreadsheets
Qualifications include:
- Bachelor's or other college degree, certification, or equivalent
- 0-2 years in the financial industry
- Solid understanding of investments and financial planning strategies for clients
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently & accurately
- Strong financial and analytical skills
- Self-starter, problem solver, goal-oriented, and a team player
- Excellent customer service, communication, and relationship building skills required
- Standing or sitting for extended periods of time in an office environment
- Working on a computer for extended periods of time
- Lifting up to 15 pounds
