An Advisor Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support for our company in a fast-paced financial planning office. In this role you will manage administrative tasks such as paperwork, scheduling, maintaining the office, and troubleshooting for clients. This is an evolving role, meaning tasks and responsibilities may shift as the business grows. Candidates must have strong customer relationship management skills with a focus on building trust and rapport.
Starting Salary Range $45k-75K commensurate with experience and licensing bonus potential
Hours 8 : 30-4 : 30 Monday-Friday 1 hour break each day
Responsibilities :
- Perform general administrative office duties : Answering in-bound calls, maintaining calendars and scheduling, preparing new account and service paperwork, providing customer service both in-person and over the phone, generating and mailing correspondence, and completing other tasks as assigned
- Facilitate and resolve client service requests
- Maintain strong customer relationship management practices to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Prepare and review account paperwork for all client meetings
- Work independently, effectively, and efficiently
- Document meetings and interactions using CRM
- Managing multiple computer systems in a paperwork-intensive environment
