Vision Government Solutions is a leading software & services company providing cutting-edge property tax and appraisal software to more than 500 Towns, Cities, and Counties across the United States. As we experience rapid growth, we are seeking exceptional individuals to become part of our dynamic Appraisal team, dedicated to ensuring the highest quality standards in our services.
Responsibilities
- Conduct weekly reviews of all completed work to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Participate in meetings with management to review and discuss quality control progress and strategies.
- Prepare comprehensive quality reports and provide constructive feedback.•Provide support for daily inquiries related to desktop review.
- Train new parcel analysts on best practices and operational procedures while maintaining compliancewith quality standards.
- Proactively communicate updates and changes to keep the team informed and aligned.
- Participate in periodic visits to client offices.
- Maintain accurate records and files to support operational efficiency and compliance.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement team objectives to enhance overall performance.

Work Environment Job Type:
Full Time This is a Hybrid Remote position. It requires a minimum three (3) days in the Findlay office, per week.
