Job Description:
The Corporate Director of Digital Strategies leads online efforts to enhance the company’s digital presence, optimize direct bookings, maximize channel penetration, and manage digital campaigns across corporate and property-level initiatives. This role is highly strategic, analytical, and data-driven, ensuring marketing strategies are performance-focused and aligned with key business objectives.

Necessary Skills:
• Develop digital advertising strategies, including paid and owned search (Koddi), display rank and positioning, and social media ads, to drive corporate and portfolio-wide performance
• Manage email marketing campaigns, guest engagement initiatives, and CRM strategies
• Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for website traffic, conversion rates, paid media ROI, and customer acquisition costs, ensuring continuous optimization of digital campaigns
• Leverage Google Analytics, social media insights, and marketing automation tools to analyze digital campaign performance and provide actionable insights
• Implement A/B testing strategies for website content, email marketing, and digital ad creatives to improve conversion rates and engagement
• Oversee corporate website, ensuring content is updated, SEO-optimized, and aligned with brand identity
• Guide properties on best practices for digital marketing, website management, and social media engagement
• Provide digital marketing templates and frameworks for properties to customize based on local market needs
• Monitor property-level digital performance and provide recommendations for optimization
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) at the property level, such as direct booking rates, cost per acquisition (CPA), and return on ad spend (ROAS)
• Oversee the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns (social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, etc.) to ensure maximum engagement, customer acquisition, and retention
• Support properties in tracking and improving online guest sentiment scores through reputation management platforms
• Provide regular reports on campaign and content performance, offering data-driven insights to enhance marketing strategies
Physical Requirements:
• Must be able to bend, reach, kneel, push, and stretch and lift and/or carry up to 25 pounds
• You will be working in a collaborative office setting with other workers, where various communications, work tasks, and common office activities are happening throughout the day
• Must be able to remain focused, manage distractions, and effectively handle multiple tasks while meeting deadlines
• Must be adaptable to working with a diverse range of cultures and backgrounds
• Have Knowledge and the ability to operate computer and office equipment
• Must speak in a clear, understandable voice and hear at a basic level, and understand English
