Job Description:
The Regional Director of Revenue Management (RDRM) ensures inventory is allocated and restricted properly to maximize revenue and profits. The RDRM recommends and oversees the inventory management and analyzes the revenue, profit and demand associated with hotel inventory. The RDRM critiques the revenue strategy effectiveness and prepares historical and future opportunities to help support the company goals. This leader will work with a remarkable group of associates who insist you are highly communicative, dedicated, balanced, and collaborative. The person in this position must be able to roll their sleeves up and assist our teams when needed, living our “ONE TEAM. ONE VISION.” philosophy. Job Requirements:
• Ensure all partner (employee) practices comply with legal requirements
• Conduct weekly revenue call with managers and regional support to review weekly forecast and 30-60-90 pace of each hotel
• Provides revenue analysis functional expertise to general managers, property leadership teams and market sales leaders
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting conducive for calls and on-line presentations
• Monitor and manage sales if pace is behind or GM has forecasted to miss monthly top line revenue
• Provide direction and action plans for Property Teams to implement to drive revenue
• Work daily with our Property Teams to help make informed decisions that maximize top line revenue
• Create and adjust strategies accordingly based on the market conditions
• Create and deliver sales initiatives for the company as a portfolio that will produce opportunities for revenue growth
• Provide assistance when needed to your fellow associates, guests, and other departments
• Ensure compliance to all federal, state, brand regulations/requirements
• Uses reservations system and demand forecasting systems to determine, implement and control selling strategies
• Ensures compliance and participation in company promotions and eCommerce channels
• Ensures all hotels follow brand strategies that will maintain and/or increase the hotel(s) revenue per available room (RevPAR)
• Achieves and exceeds goals including performance goals, budget goals, team goals, etc.
• Analyzing and Reporting Revenue Management Data
• Maintains accurate reservation system information
• Analyzes period end and other available systems data to identify trends, future need periods and obstacles to achieving goals
• Attends meetings to plan, organize, prioritize, coordinate and manage activities and solutions Understands the working relationship between sales, reservations and property management systems
• Keep confidential the business functions of the company including, but not limited to, financial status, customer/guest information, partner issues, etc.

Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a hotel or related field desired
• Experience with multiple properties or multiple market experience preferred
• Must be able to work with and understand financial information and data
Necessary Skills:
• Able to analyzes information and evaluates results to choose the best solution and solve problems
• Can use computers and computer systems (including hardware and software) to program, write software, set up functions, enter data, or process information
• Generates and provides accurate and timely results in the form of reports, presentations, etc.
• Is team focused and has successful relationship management skills
• Able to communicate effectively in writing, verbally, and in person
• Able to communicate in the English
• Develops and manages internal key stakeholder relationships in a proactive manner

Physical Requirements:
- Be able to bend, reach, kneel, push, and stretch and lift and/or carry up to 25 pounds
- Can perform work for 8 hours and work in a restrictive space/environment
- Must have eyesight enabling vision both near and far
- Must be able to use/lift arms for up to 8 hours
- Must be able to handle heat and stress
- Have finger dexterity for operating equipment
- Must speak in a clear, understandable voice, hear at a basic level, and understand English
