Overview

As an Executive Field Services Technician, you will play a critical role in supporting senior leadership at Space Systems Command (SSC), Los Angeles AFB, by delivering dedicated, high-priority IT support. This position requires a technical expert with a strong customer-service mindset to proactively manage hardware and software needs, troubleshoot complex IT issues, and ensure seamless IT operations for executive personnel. This role demands a professional demeanor, strong technical expertise, and a proactive approach to IT problem-solving. You will manage executive IT device setup, connectivity, and maintenance, provide real-time issue resolution, and drive continuous IT service improvement for mission-critical users.

Key Responsibilities
Dedicated IT Support for SSC Senior Leadership
- Provide white-glove IT support for SSC's Command Section, ensuring hardware and software are fully operational.
- Manage setup, installation, updates, and maintenance for executive desktops, laptops, tablets, monitors, printers, projectors, and smartphones.
- Ensure seamless network connectivity, access to DAF systems, and peripheral integration for all Command Section devices.
- Respond immediately to executive IT issues, prioritizing urgent problem resolution to minimize downtime.
- Deliver after-hours support as needed, ensuring executive personnel remain connected during critical mission activities.

Certifications (Preferred) :
Security Clearance : Secret or higher (must be eligible for DoD clearance).
