Key Responsibilities
System Administration & IT Support
Provide front-end support for Archibus. Install new Archibus software releases and system upgrades, evaluate and install patches, and resolve software related problems for the existing version of the operating system or physical server. The vendor shall perform system backups and recovery, maintain data files, and monitor system configurations to ensure data integrity.
Qualifications & Required Experience
- 3-5 years of proven experience as a Systems Administrator or in a similar role within a corporate or legal services environment.
- Proficiency with Windows Server, Windows 10 / 11, MacOS, Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Ubuntu, and network infrastructure.
- Experience administering Microsoft 365 (Office 365), Azure / Entra ID, Active Directory, Exchange, and Intune environments.
- Strong hands-on experience configuring and supporting routers, switches, and Firewalls.
- Proficiency with scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, Bash, and Visual Basic.
- Solid knowledge of system security protocols, best practices for system hardening, and vulnerability management.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
