As a Program Manager (PM), you will be responsible for the overall delivery of services under this Order, serving as the primary point of contact (POC) with the Government Contracting Officer's Representative (COR). This role requires strategic leadership, operational oversight, and strong stakeholder engagement to ensure seamless execution of IT support services for Los Angeles AFB (LAAFB) and its mission partners. As the Program Manager, you will oversee staffing, task execution, performance management, and compliance with contractual obligations. You will ensure service excellence by managing schedules, enforcing work standards, and proactively addressing operational challenges. Your ability to collaborate with Government leadership, align services with mission objectives, and drive continuous improvement will be key to the success of this program.

Key Responsibilities
Program Leadership & Strategic Oversight
- Serve as the primary POC for the Government COR, ensuring effective communication and contract execution.
- Provide strategic direction and operational oversight to ensure all program objectives and contractual requirements are met.
- Lead program transition efforts, ensuring seamless Transition-In and Transition-Out execution with minimal disruption.
- Develop and implement performance metrics, leveraging Enterprise IT Service Management (EITSM) tools to monitor and enhance service delivery.
- Ensure all program deliverables, CDRLs, and reports are submitted accurately and on time.

Qualifications & Required Experience
Security Clearance : Secret or higher (must be eligible for DoD clearance).

Salary : $95,000 - $110,000
