This hands-on technical role involves managing system upgrades, troubleshooting, and maintaining communication systems while providing high-quality service and ensuring system availability. Your expertise will directly impact our mission by ensuring the seamless operation of VoIP services, mobile endpoints, and other critical communication infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
System Management & Installation
- Install new software releases and system upgrades for Cisco Unified Communication Manager (UCM), evaluating and installing patches to maintain system stability.
- Perform system backups and data recovery, ensuring data integrity across all server components.
- Maintain system configurations and monitor system performance to prevent downtime or failure.
Endpoint Management & Troubleshooting
System Monitoring & Maintenance

Salary : $85,000 - $95,000
