Senior Software Developer (Infor CloudSuite)

Position Summary: Primarily serving GRHC executives and employees, this position designs, builds, configures, and maintains facility administrative applications, such as enterprise resource planning (ERP) database, Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), financial forecasting applications, and application modules. Plans, tests, and implements ERP software upgrades and enhances the software by fixing codes, remediating application bug, and developing applications and interfaces. Also utilizes Business Intelligence and Process Automation tools for data analysis and process improvements.

Critical Tasks:

• Maintains ERP and enforces data integrity by designing, configuring, and managing database and application modules.
• Plans, tests, implements, and reviews ERP upgrades and adds functionality to support facility implementations.
• Ensures documentation and informs leadership of ERP current status and possible mitigation strategies.
• Creates data analysis programs utilizing Lawson Business Intelligence (LBI) tool.
• Utilizes Infor Process Automation (IPA) tool for process improvements.
• Performs functional process analysis to ensure facility processes reflect best practices by vendors. Reaches out to vendors regarding production issues.
• Leads implementations of new ERP application, interface, and database versions as well as application strategy sessions.
• Coordinates with other functional teams, including Supply Chain, HR, contracts, Finance, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable, to modify and document functional process analyses and form standard operating processes.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 5 years of progressively responsible professional business experience in a healthcare environment or other equivalent experience.
