What You’ll Do:
- Oversee all aspects of practice operations, ensuring efficiency and innovation.
- Provide leadership in financial oversight, including profit and loss (P&L) management and revenue cycle management (RCM) to drive profitability and sustainability.
- Utilize data-driven decision-making to implement strategic improvements across the practice.
- Align daily operations with our core value of being vital few focused, prioritizing what matters most to deliver exceptional patient care and staff performance.
- Cultivate a collaborative and inclusive team culture that supports professional growth and exceptional patient experiences.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking a forward-thinking, results-driven leader with:
- 5 years of senior management experience in the ophthalmic industry or a healthcare setting.
- Expertise in financial and operational oversight, RCM, and strategic management.
- Strong capability in managing change, building culture, and supporting team development.
- Proven ability to drive performance through data-driven strategies while staying aligned with organizational values.
- A Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, management, or a related field.
- COA or COE certification preferred.
