What are the responsibilities and job description for the Experienced HVAC Installers - Leadership Track position at Vision Mechanical?

You’re a good candidate if you have a Journeyman license and enjoy:
- Analyzing building plans and working drawings to determine work aids required and sequence of installations
- Cutting and threading pipe, using pipe cutters, cutting torch, and pipe threading machines,
- Connecting motors to control panels and power sources and balancing motors to ensure efficient operations
- Installing pipes and fixtures in commercial buildings
- Collaborating with other tradesmen to install and repair HVAC systems
- Choosing materials based on budget, location, and intended use of building
- Following health and safety standards and complying with building codes; Knowledge and use of PPE at all appropriate times
- OSHA certification a plus
