Optical experience is preferred.
Duties
- Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
- Oversee cash handling procedures, ensuring accuracy in transactions and compliance with company policies.
- Manage inventory control processes, including ordering, receiving, and stocking merchandise.
- Conduct training and development programs for staff to enhance their skills and performance.
- Negotiate with vendors for purchasing products that meet store needs while maximizing profitability.
- Implement effective sales management strategies to drive store performance.
- Participate in interviewing and hiring new staff members to build a strong team.
- Utilize POS systems for transaction processing, inventory tracking, and reporting.
- Monitor store operations to ensure adherence to company standards and policies.
