What are the responsibilities and job description for the 1st shift FLO Deductor position at Vision Quest Logistics?
We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a 1st Shift FLO Deductor. This position involves working on the production line in a manufacturing environment during the second shift.
Responsibilities include:
- Following all safety protocols and guidelines
- Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth production flow
- Loading/unloading robots
- Unloading processing line to skids, separating by UPS-N and FDE-G
- Organizing CTNs (cartons) by date/size
- Moving skids of CTNs
- Using MHE to transport skids of CTNs to trucks
- Making boxes
- Labeling boxes
Experience:
- Prior experience in machine operation preferred but not required
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
Qualifications
- Experience in deduction processes
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Familiarity with payroll systems
- Excellent organizational skills
- Proficiency in data entry and record-keeping
- Knowledge of tax regulations and deductions
- Previous experience in a similar role
