YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
As a Field Inspector, you conduct building inspections and reviews, closely observing the property to check whether it's in good shape for new tenants. You check every nook and cranny, making sure no stone goes unturned. While you work, you document your observations and record the property's overall condition. If you notice any existing or potential future issues, you let the client know what needs to be addressed. You help clients make informed decisions and take great care of their properties!
