THE TYPE OF PROPERTY MAINTENANCE SPECIALIST WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're searching for someone who can meet the following qualifications :
- Experience with multi-family construction
- Driver's license
- Ability to lift and use basic hand tools
- Strong problem- solving / troubleshooting skills in identifying maintenance issues
- Ability to travel around to different residential properties

WHAT IT'S LIKE TO BE OUR PROPERTY MAINTENANCE SPECIALIST
While working in this full-time 1099 position , you often work a consistent schedule of Monday through Friday but you may be on-call as needed. One of the great things about this position is the potential for overtime! You have the opportunity to earn extra income by taking on additional projects or tackling urgent repairs outside of regular business hours.
As a Property Maintenance Specialist with our property management company, your day-to-day is filled with exciting tasks and challenges to keep you on your toes! You're responsible for performing various maintenance duties such as repairing plumbing fixtures, painting, replacing electrical components, and conducting general repairs as needed. You also work closely with our property management team to address any maintenance requests promptly and efficiently.
