Our continued growth has resulted in an exciting Software Quality Assurance Analyst opportunity within the Research and Development department.
The Software Quality Assurance Analyst will be responsible for testing New Millennium software products. You will ensure the technical implementation of our products meets the highest standards of quality and efficiency. The candidate must be a self starter who can learn quickly and produce quality results. They must be able to work in a fast paced, dynamic team environment. In this role, you will be responsible for the following :
- Perform functional, integration and regression testing on new and updated versions of software products
- Define test objectives, write test cases and execute tests
- Document results and defects and follow through to resolution
- Report status and critical issues on assigned projects
- Provide root cause analysis of client issues and assist development in duplicating errors
- Implement and follow defined software quality processes and procedures
- Document detailed defect descriptions and support materials into the defect tracking system.
- Recognized across the product team and other departments as a reference point for testing issues and overall product knowledge
