Job Summary
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The business objectives of the CurRent NYC initiative involve an application that would provide all landlords doing business with HRA with improved customer service, including self-service, facilitate electronic payment of rent, and make payments to landlords accurately across all programs and tenants (the “golden” record concept). The system in production facilitates CityFHEPS application submission, processing, and eligibility determinations, tracks CityFHEPS landlord and property records, and allows landlords to create an online account and perform functions that include submitting updated information, seeing limited payment history, and enrolling in electronic payments. There is a significant enhancement necessary to bring about the envisioned process improvements and to comprehensively address the original project objectives.
Tasks & Duties
· Initiate and implement testing
· Develop test scripts and scenarios for all the functionalities of City portal and Landlord portal and ensure the specifications related to various workflows are captured.
· Perform System Integration Testing ensuring seamless integration with other DSS systems.
· Perform end to end functional testing by designing and developing a functional workflow that agrees to the business ruleset that effectively help in enhancing the workflows such as claims, utility allowance payment, etc.
· Conduct Performance Testing to report any pitfalls in the system design or any unexpected business ruleset behavior and ensure higher degrees of accuracy.
· Creates and executes test cases, log and assign defects and keeps track of the defect status.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $74,740.00 - $95,000.00 per year
