Job Responsibilities

- Warmly welcome and assist patients, ensuring a positive first impression
- Manage appointment scheduling, patient check-in/check-out, and phone inquiries
- Verify insurance benefits, process payments, and handle invoicing
- Maintain organized and accurate patient records and office documentation
- Assist with inventory management for office and optical supplies
- Support office workflow by collaborating with doctors, technicians, and optical staff
- Train and mentor new front desk team members as needed
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and take initiative in leadership tasks
Required Skills and Qualifications
