We're searching for a dedicated Optical  Receptionist to be the face and heartbeat of our practice. In this pivotal role, you’ll ensure our patients receive exceptional care while supporting a positive and innovative team culture.

    Responsibilities

  • Greet patients warmly and create a welcoming, friendly environment.
  • Answer phone calls and manage appointment scheduling efficiently.
  • Collect patient demographics, verify insurance information, and secure necessary authorizations.
  • Collect fees, assist with patient check-out, and submit insurance claims accurately.
  • Act as a liaison between patients and staff to ensure a seamless experience from start to finish.

    • Required Skills

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Adaptable and flexible with the ability to multitask.
  • Self-motivated and detail oriented.
  • Interest in healthcare.
  • Must present a professional appearance.
  • Prior experience in medical billing in an eyecare setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster excellent patient relationships.
  • A dependable team player with a proactive approach to solving problems.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional service and attention to detail.

    • Salary : $40,000 - $55,000
