Job Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Management: Manage a team of 5-10 employees in the optical department, ensuring smooth operations.
- Collaboration: Work with the office manager and leadership to implement strategies and new ideas for department improvement.
- Customer Service: Ensure timely and effective patient service, including managing their glasses orders, adjustments, and ensuring their glasses are ready for pick-up.
- Sales and Promotion: Stay informed about current sales and promotions, and actively participate in achieving sales goals.
- Optical Knowledge: Assist patients in selecting the best frames, ensuring the right fit and comfort.
- Organization: Keep the optical area clean, organized, and clutter-free. Track and follow up with patient orders.
- Training & Support: Assist in training and supporting fellow opticians, and take on various tasks as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Requirements:
- Optical experience is necessary.
- ABO certification is preferred but not required.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively with a team and provide leadership.
- Strong focus on customer service and patient satisfaction.
Salary : $20 - $28
