Job Responsibilities
As the Patient Care Coordinator, you'll be the first point of contact, setting the tone for an exceptional optical journey. Your responsibilities will include:- Warm Welcomes: Greet and assist patients with a beaming smile, making every visit memorable from the moment they step in.
- Efficient Coordination: Seamlessly manage appointments, inquiries, and patient flow to ensure a smooth and streamlined experience.
- Optical Guru: Educate patients on our eyewear offerings, guiding them through frame selections and lens options with enthusiasm.
- Administrative Brilliance: Handle phone calls, emails, and paperwork with precision, maintaining an organized and efficient front desk.
- Patient Empathy: Demonstrate genuine care and understanding, creating a welcoming atmosphere that extends beyond just great vision.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an eye clinic or medical clinic setting
- Fluency in both English and Spanish
- Energetic with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience with cash handling and electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Ability to commute to work within 20-30 minutes
Salary : $16
