Housekeeper

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming and hygienic environment for all guests and staff. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities according to established standards.
• Manage housekeeping tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Conduct floor care activities such as stripping, waxing, and buffing as needed.
• Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are properly maintained and stored.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
• Uphold high standards of cleanliness in accordance with hospitality industry practices.
• Assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest requests.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in housekeeping management or custodial services is preferred.
• Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and floor care practices is an advantage.
• Familiarity with hospitality standards and best practices in hotel environments is desirable.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that require standing, bending, lifting, and moving throughout the day.

Pay: From $12.00 per hour
