We’re looking for a well-presented and personable Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in a full-time position. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys interacting with people, staying organised, and helping create a warm and professional front-of-house experience.
As the first point of contact for clients, staff and visitors, you’ll play a key role in maintaining smooth daily operations and ensuring every interaction reflects the quality and values of our business.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Greet all visitors and clients with a welcoming, professional attitude
- Answer incoming phone calls, manage email enquiries and direct communication to the appropriate team
- Schedule appointments, meetings and room bookings
- Maintain a tidy and well-organised reception area and common spaces
- Support general administrative duties such as data entry, filing and document preparation
- Coordinate mail, couriers and deliveries as needed
- Assist other departments with occasional admin support
