The Role
As a Retail Sales Assistant, you’ll be the face of our store, helping customers find what they need and providing a fantastic shopping experience. From assisting with product recommendations to keeping the store looking great, no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers, ensuring they feel welcome and valued.
- Provide knowledgeable advice about our products and promotions.
- Operate the till and handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with stocking shelves, merchandising, and maintaining a clean, organized store.
- Support the team in meeting sales targets and creating a positive work environment.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with a friendly, can-do attitude.
