Position Description:
- Manage and optimize the Agility tool infrastructure as an Administrator.
- Export data from Agility to PowerApps.
- Create reports using the Agility tool.
- Conduct upgrades of the Agility tool.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide administrative support.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues.
- Lead initiatives to integrate AI-driven solutions for improved system efficiency.
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with standards.
- Mentor junior IT staff and guide them in best practices.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for IT systems and processes.
- Participate in agile project management to support IT infrastructure projects.
- Continuously research and adopt emerging technologies to enhance system operations.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field (a Master’s or Doctorate may substitute for the required experience).
- A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
- Combined experience in using Agility as an Administrator, PowerApps, and SharePoint development.
- At least 5 years of experience working on an Agile development team.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience as an Agility tool administrator.
- Proficient in exporting data from Agility to PowerApps.
- Experience in building reports with the Agility tool.
- Familiarity with Agility tool upgrades.
- Strong capability as a PowerApps developer.
- Proficiency in JavaScript.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of Java language and API experience.
Desired Skills:
- Experience with modern development software, tools, and methodologies, including Jenkins, Splunk, Git/Bitbucket, Jira/VersionOne, Nexus, Maven, OpenShift, XML/XSLT, Visual/Eclipse Profiler (Java performance monitoring tool), and Amazon Web Services (S3).
- Experience working on Agile projects and a solid understanding of Agile terminology.
- Familiarity with Linux environments.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Agile certifications are preferred.
